When you click into an individual role template from the Templates tab, an Editing Panel will come up on the right-hand side.

Next to the FTE is a toggle that is automatically ‘enabled.’ This allows any Beamible member to use the role template as a starting point for their own role.

If you have Administrator permissions, you can click on the toggle to move it over and ‘disable’ the template. In the main dashboard, the template will be faded out to indicate it cannot be used by any Beamible members.

If you wish to make the template accessible again, simply click on the toggle to ‘enable’ the template.
