There are multiple role templates available in the ‘Templates’ tab that are accessible for you to use and help provide a starting place to map out your own role within your team.
Anyone who is a Beamible member can access the role templates; you don’t have to have Administrator permissions.
Step 1: Click on the Teams icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar and then your individual team.
Step 2: Scroll down on the right-hand Editing Panel and, underneath the list of existing roles, click on the ‘Add from template’ button. (NOT the ‘Add + role).
Step 3: Click in the Search Templates box to bring up a list of all the existing templates OR start typing to find the one you’re looking for.
Step 4: Select the template that best represents your role and click the blue ‘Add’ button. The templated role will appear in the team dashboard.
Step 5: Use the right-hand Editing Panel to assign yourself to the role and edit the activities, hours and tags so that it accurately reflects your own personalised role.
