If you have Administrator permissions, it’s simple to create a new role template to join your collection within the Templates tab. You can access this template multiple times to give you a starting point for new roles.

Step 1: Click on your Organisation profile icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar.

Step 2: Click on the Templates tab at the top of the page and you will see all the templates you currently have saved.

Step 3: Below the zoom in/out feature at the top left-hand side, click the square ‘+’ button. This will create a new template that will pop up at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Use the Editing Panel on the right-hand side to add in both role and activity details:

  • Role title

  • FTE

  • Role tags

  • Activities

  • Hours

  • Activity tags

All the information will be saved automatically.

TIP: In the template details, if the toggle is ‘enabled’ the template can be used by any Beamible user. If you don’t want it to be accessible by others in the team, simply move the toggle across and the template won’t be available.
