The difference between 'adding' a person and 'inviting' them

When a person is ‘added’ to Beamible, their data (first name, last name, email, salary and FTE) is imported, but they are not a Beamible member. This is an ideal way to use the platform if you want to do workforce and scenario planning.

‘Inviting’ a person is going a step further and actually inviting them onto the platform to become a Beamible member. They have to register and set up their own Beamible account which will enable them access to the platform (i.e they can view or make edits within your Beamible account).

TIP! If you want to do team-based role design, we’d recommend inviting everyone in your team so you can collaborate together.
