Creating a new team is very easy to do! Simply:

  • Click on the ‘Teams’ icon on the blue left-hand navigation bar.

  • Click the ‘+ Create a team’ blue button on the top right-hand side.

  • You will automatically be directed to your new Team Board.

  • Enter your team name by typing into the ‘Untitled team’ text box at the top left-hand side of the page.

  • Add roles to your team by pressing the ‘+ Role’ button on the top left-hand side of the page. This will create a new role card for you to assign to someone within your team.

TIP: You can start populating the role with activities, but ultimately, it should be the person actually in the role to finalise the list, along with inputting the hours and tags.
