We want to make Beamible as easy as possible to set up - so, we’ve added 6 key teams that we often see within organisations as a starting point.

The 6 team templates include:

  • Leadership Team

  • Finance Team

  • Sales Team

  • People & Culture Team

  • Marketing Team

  • Technology Team

If any of these teams corresponds to the team you’re setting up, you can use them as a base.

Steps to set up your team using Team Templates

  • Go into a particular team by clicking on the team template title (a hyperlink).

  • Update the team title by clicking inside the text box to edit.

  • Have a look at the role titles and edit them to reflect those in your team.

  • If you need to add extra roles to your team, press the ‘+ Role’ tab on the top left hand side of the page. This will create a new role card on the far right hand side.

  • If you wish to delete a role, click on the 3 ellipses next to the role title and select Remove from the drop down menu.

  • You can also assign a role to a team member if they have been invited into the system or their data has been imported. Simply click in the Unassigned text box and select their name from the drop down menu.

TIP: If you don't want to keep unused templates in your Team Board, but you think you might use them later, make a copy of them and save them in your Drafts. This will enable you to refer back to them at a later stage.
