Understanding what is meant by the term 'Budget' in the Beamible platform

A 'Budget' is connected to a role. It is not connected to a member’s Salary and does not automatically adjust when the FTE changes (i.e. someone reduces hours relating to a part-time, for instance).

Budget is intended to support planning and budget management.
