Understanding what is meant by term 'Salary' in the platform
Salary reflects actual salary data of an organisation’s members. Salary is directly connected to a member’s profile.
It can only be edited by the Account Owner or someone with Budget permission.
If a member is assigned to a role, their salary will automatically populate the Role, and the Salary will automatically calculate based on the role’s Full Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. someone returning from maternity leave 3 days per week would be considered 0.6 of an FTE).
