Understanding what is meant by term 'Salary' in the platform

Salary reflects actual salary data of an organisation’s members. Salary is directly connected to a member’s profile.

If a member is assigned to a role, their salary will automatically populate the individual role card. It will also automatically calculate the correct amount based on the role’s Full Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. someone returning from maternity leave 3 days per week would be considered 0.6 of an FTE).
