A member profile’s FTE reflects how many days they work for the organisation (i.e. if an individual works 5 days a week, they have a FTE of 1.0).
A role FTE reflects how many days they work for a team. The role FTE may differ from a member profile's FTE if members work across multiple teams.
Sometimes, individuals could work across 2 teams and undertake different functions. For instance, working as an Executive Assistant 3 days a week (0.6 FTE) as well as a Project Coordinator 2 days a week (0.4 FTE).
Note: The role FTE is not linked to a member’s FTE so updating a role FTE does not change a member’s FTE automatically and vice versa.
