A role Budget is a budget that is assigned or budgeted for a role. It is typically helpful for planning.

A member Salary is the salary that is entered against a member's profile (it is entered as Full Time Equivalent, regardless of the employment contract).

  • If a person is assigned to a role, the member’s salary (entered against their member profile) will be automatically populated into the Role card.

When a new role is added to the team the Budget field will be set to $0. If a person is assigned to a role, their salary will be added to the role.

Note: If a person is assigned to the role, but their Salary has not been entered against their profile, the Budget field will be set to $0.
