You will need Budget permission to view the Budget for the team. This can be found in the Team statistics at the top of the team board. The Budget will add the budgets for all roles in the team:
If a member is not assigned to a role, their salary will be added to the role.
If a member is not assigned to a role, a Budget can be added to a role.
