If you want to prepare a private Team Design to create scenario plans, that are not viewable to everyone all registered Beamible members of your organisation, see below steps:
First, create a draft Team Design
Step 1: Click on the Team Design icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar.
Step 2: Click on '+ Create a Team' on the top right hand side of the page.
This will take you through to the Untitled team page where you can add in the name of the team.
Step 3: Use the right-hand Editing Panel to map out individual roles by clicking '+ Add new role', and updating the role titles.
Step 4: Create common naming conventions for similar work activities by clicking '+ Add new activity'.
Step 5: Once the Team Design is set up with individual's data (i.e. total activities, total hours a week and tags attached to activities), click the blue 'Copy' button at the right-hand top of page, and name the draft appropriately to differentiate it (i.e. 'Marketing Team FY23')
Then, share a draft Team Design
Step 1: Click on the Drafts icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar.
Step 2: Click into the private draft that you would like to share.
Step 3: In the top right hand corner of the draft team page, click ‘Share’.
Step 4: In the pop up, if you want to share with a registered Beamible member, type in their name or add their email.
Select 'View' (for information) or 'Edit' (for collaboration) and select 'Add'. The person will be sent an email inviting them to the draft.
Note! If you are sharing the draft Team Design outside of the Team, or with a unregistered Beamible member, click the toggle ‘Enable public sharing on this team’ and 'Copy link' and send it to them via email, slack or whatever suits!
