Beamible enables a transparent and rich conversation about work priorities, flexible work design and mapping out future plans for your team member’s role and career - regardless of team size!

  • Ask your team member to enter their activities, time associated with the activities (i.e. average for a given week) and get them to use the tags.

    • Add your role and your activities, time associated with the activities and associated tags.

Work together to undertake team-based role design, some things to consider:

- Are there any activities that could be stopped? These activities are not linked to strategic priorities or no longer are required to be done.

- Are there any activities that could be delayed? These activities are not time critical but still are important. Can you agree to delay part of an activity.

- Are there any efficiency gains? Are there any activities that could be removed or decreased in time with the introduction of more effective ways of working. Is the activity best done by someone else?
