Using Beamible for scenario planning for the future

Beamible can be used for many different reasons - to help grow a team is one of them!

As the team can see the changes on the live Team Design, it may be necessary to create a private design (which is also known as a copy of the team).

Use the right-hand Editing Panel to create a copy of the Team Design:

  • Click ‘Copy’ in the top right hand side of the page.

    • Rename the draft design to help highlight the purpose - for instance, "Marketing Team - FY23"

  • Here, you’ll be able to start to make dynamic updates to your team, and start moving activities around the Team Design, and add new roles.

Note: only you will be able to see this Team Design, and it will be stored in your ‘Drafts’ (accessible from the blue left-hand Navigation Bar).

Sharing a private design

To share the draft Team Design, click ‘Share’ at the top right hand side of the page.

  • You can share 'for collaboration': start typing the name of relevant team members who are Beamible users, and click ‘Can Edit’.

  • You can share 'for information': start typing the name of relevant team members who are Beamible users, and click ‘Can View’.

Alternatively, ensure the toggle is blue for ‘Enable public sharing on this team’ then copy the link and send it to your colleague. This is recommended for those who are not Beamible members.
