As such, we recommend that each team member should enter their own activities (which are the main bundles of work they do).

  • Similarly, the team member should enter their activity tags and hourly allocations - approximate is fine to start off with - awareness and accuracy will come when the tool is revisited.

Managers may want to set up their teams, with each team member's role title, and some core bundle or activities to react to, but for the individual role cards we believe the richness in conversations comes from understanding.
