There are two easy ways to invite team members to your organisation.
Option 1
Click on 'Your Organisation' icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar.
Click 'Invites' tab, and then 'Invite people' button.
Add your team members email addresses, and click ‘Send Invite’.
Note: You can send multiple invites at once by clicking the ‘+’ at the end of the email text box. Here you add as many people that you’d like to invite to the organisation account until you are finished. Then click ‘Send Invites’.
Option 2 (for imported, unregistered users)
Click on 'Your Organisation' icon on the blue left-hand Navigation Bar.
Select those Unregistered users you wish to invite by clicking the box to the left of their name.
Click 'Bulk Actions' at the top right hand side of the page and select 'Invite' from the drop down menu.
Confirm that you wish to invite them by selecting 'Invite' in the pop up box.
Once invited, team members will receive an email invitation containing a registration link. This invitation link will expire within 7 days so we recommend asking the team to register as soon as they receive the invitation.
If they don't, not to worry, you can easily resend their invitation by going back into the 'Invites' tab and selecting 'Resend' from the list of pending invites.
