If you have access to Beamible’s new organisation design feature, you can easily create, view and dynamically adapt your existing organisational structure.

To view your organisation design, click on the ‘Design’ icon near the top of the blue left-hand navigation bar.

Initially, you will see all your teams running across the top of the page.

To move one team under another simply drag that team so it’s hovering on top of the team they’ll be reporting into. The latter will turn light grey to indicate that the team’s ready to be ‘dropped’ under it. Let go and the entire team will be moved into the correct position to show the lines of reporting.

If you wish for a team to be moved back to the top of the page, simply right click on the reporting line and select 'Detach.'

Continue to drag and drop each team to reflect your organisational design.
