  1. Agree on action based on recommendations from insights and set a goal. eg. Efficiency levers:

    • Org design changes - at the role / team level

    • Work prioritisation / subtraction - at the activity level (need to be in 'team' to use the unallocated bucket) - eg. AI Agent / outsource

    • Process simplification - process view

    • Team alignment - retagging what's important (SI)

    • Hiring plan for future roles - adding roles

  2. Compare, change log

  3. Create another scenario if needed

  4. Present scenarios to client

  5. Publish if relevant

Outcomes

  • Implement 1 action per function within your control OR use the data for a business case for change beyond your control
